Builds destination-independent plain and ANSI-colored fields for an OutputLox.
Parameters
- lox: OutputLox
  The visible ordinary log to format.
- propsIndentation: number = 0
  The number of columns before rendered props in the destination layout.
- options: LoxerOutputRendererOptions = {}
  Presentation settings for the destination, including colors and fallback box layout.
Returns OutputLoxTemplate
A template with plain fields and a colored field set. Rendering does not change lox.
